Amelia is a devoted lover of Banan-a-peel.
Amelia is best known around the office for her can-do attitude and tempting vegetarian lunches. When Amelia was 12, her family took a road trip to Wisconsin. There she visited a factory farm and her interest in food issues was sparked. After graduating from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Public Health, Amelia headed to New York City to where she received her Masters degree in Food Studies from New York University.
When she is not helping out the Team at the office, Amelia can be found reading the newest bestseller, cooking up a storm in her enormous kitchen, or playing with her sweet pet Rabbit named Bunny.

Anu kicks off her day snacking on Apple-to-the-Core.
A passion for organic food and entrepreneurship lead Anu to Peeled Snacks. A love of grazing on snacks all day didn't hurt. Prior to joining Peeled Snacks, Anu founded Swirl Events, a wine tasting events company and spent years as a product junkie working as a brand manager in the beauty industry for L'Oreal, John Frieda and Victoria Secret Beauty (PINK brand). Anu holds a B.S. in Finance & Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She also holds a certification as a sommelier so feel free to hit her up for wine recs. When she's not spreading the word about Peeled Snacks, you'll find her climbing the jungle gym with her son or sipping a glass of wine with her husband in Brooklyn - she wishes she could do both simultaneously.

Ansley loves the tartness of much-ado-about-Mango.
At Peeled Snacks, Ansley has many responsibilities. Most important, she is in charge of making sure everyone receives their super-yummy Peeled Snacks as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ansley has a master's degree in food studies from NYU, making her a certified "Foodie." Before she joined Peeled Snacks, Ansley worked as a consultant, researching new food technologies. Ansley's path to Peeled Snacks was "organic" since she was already personal fan. Ansley wanted to work at a company where she agreed with the mission- providing healthy food and operating with a conscience.
When Ansley is not fulfilling orders and tummies at Peeled Snacks she can be found playing with her adorable Schnauzer Tobias, knitting, shopping at the farmer's market or writing short stories.

When Cassie is looking to satisfy her very demanding sweet tooth she reaches for a bag of Cherry-go-round.
Cassie, a graduate from Smith College, with her MBA in Finance from Baruch College, loves working at Peeled Snacks because it allows her to bridge her passion for delicious and nourishing food with a socially responsible business. Cassie grew up in a house where she could almost always be found in the kitchen. Whether she was pretending to film a cooking show about her chocolate chip cookies or was simply helping with dinner, she's always loved food. After working as a 2nd grade teacher in the South Bronx, Cassie gained a new perspective on food, as her students drank syrupy drinks they called "juice" and ate snacks loaded with high-fructose corn syrup and oils. After numerous classroom lessons on healthy eating habits, she found a new way to help promote healthy eating by joining the Peeled Snacks team.
When she's not crunching numbers for Peeled Snacks, Cassie can be found at Bikram Yoga, cooking large meals in her tiny kitchen, or out for a run with her dog Roxy. She also loves to read, and to travel and explore new places.

She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son, plus a 20-lb cat named Napoleon and Mona, a three-legged dog.

Ian likes to mix together a bag of Cashew Later and Cherry-go-round while going to see a movie.
Ever eaten at Ian Kelleher's table? If you have, then you know: Ian can make even the toughest, most bitter vegetable taste like ambrosia. That's where Ian's interest in food developed - from trying to feed himself a vegetarian diet that tastes delicious, preferably delicious, times 5.
Though no longer a strict vegetarian, Ian's interest in food has only grown as he's gotten deeper into the Peeled Snacks world. Ian handles the sales team and many major relationships, plus acts as blogger, tech guy, and the proud christener of many Peeled Snacks varieties. He's ESPECIALLY proud of "FigSated". Get it? Fixated? FigSated? Never mind....
Prior to Peeled Snacks, Ian spent some years as a computer guy for big companies and small startups, but his stint as an inner-city school teacher really helped mold his views on food. Where he taught, the kids were fat and unhealthy and pretty much eating a diet of Corn Chips and Soda because those are the cheapest foods around (courtesy of the federal corn subsidy, please DON'T get Ian talking about the federal corn subsidy!). Ian hopes that Peeled Snacks can help families make better food choices.
When not working, Ian likes to travel, play with his delightful son, garden in his backyard, and watch movies.

Noha enjoys a bag of GoFigure while exploring a farmer's market.
Noha knows just how good, and bad, your food can be. She was raised in the Middle East and Argentina where people live much closer to their food, and therefore enjoy fresher, healthier diets.
She received an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she co-founded the Global Social Venture Competition, a $1.5MM initiative promoting businesses with a positive social and environmental impact. She came up with the idea for Peeled Snacks while working at Unilever's Health and Wellness group where she cut her teeth on huge brands like Lipton Tea and Ragu Pasta sauce.
Noha formed the NY Foodie Companies group with the goal of promoting sustainable local food businesses in the NY area. She frequently speaks on panels and university classes on the topics of social ventures, entrepreneurship, women in business, and today's food industry. Thanks to these endeavors, she's met plenty of other good people who also know how good your food can be.
Noha speaks 3 languages and enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking, and singing with her son, Oren. Her favorite Peeled Snack, GoFigure, was inspired by her Mediterranean roots.

Sarah loves munching on a bag of pine-4-Pineapple before she hits the gym to get mean and lean.
Sarah played college volleyball for 3 years and graduated from Iowa State University. You ought to avoid being on the receiving end of one of her spikes. A distinguishing combination of a business degree and an active healthy lifestyle led her to Peeled Snacks. Her competitiveness and good sportsmanship have been a great asset to the sales team. Her spikes, not so much.
When Sarah isn't consuming endless amounts of protein shakes, you can find her training at the gym. She also works on her "foodie title" on the weekends by visiting some of Manhattan's finest eateries.
