Q. How can I get my local store to carry Peeled Snacks?

A. Click here to print one of our product request forms and then bring it in to your local store and present the request to the store manager.

Q. Are Peeled Snacks Gluten Free?

A. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, rye and barley. All Peeled Snacks are naturally gluten free. Additionally, our snacks are analyzed for gluten by an independent lab and have been found gluten free.

Q. Are Peeled Snacks organic?

A. All Peeled Snacks are organic.

Q. Are Peeled Snacks all-natural?

A. Yes! Our snacks do not contain any artificial ingredients, colorings, flavors or preservatives.

Q. Do Peeled Snacks have sulfites in them?

A. Peeled Snacks no longer uses sulfites in any of our snacks.

Q. Are Peeled Snacks considered raw?

A. Our Cherry-go-round and Apricot-a-lot are considered raw because the fruits are sun-dried. Other Peeled Snacks are not technically raw because the fruit is heated to temperatures of 125 degrees or higher, which is above the 118 degree requirement for raw food diets.

Q. Are there allergens manufactured in the Peeled Snacks facilities?

A. Peeled Snacks are packed in a facility that also processes dairy, nuts, soy, and wheat. We use Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure that allergens are segregated from our snacks. Please check periodically as we are expanding and things are always changing. Always use caution when dealing with severe food allergies.

Q. Are Peeled Snacks kosher?

A. Peeled Snacks are not currently certified kosher. Please keep checking back on our website for any changes.

Q. What is the difference between Pouches and Clusters?

A. Fruit Pouches are gently dried fruit. Apple Clusters are organic apple pieces rolled into tasty crunchy clusters bursting with natural flavor.

Q. Your Berry Crunch Apple Clusters contain colors and flavoring. What does that mean?

A. The ingredient statement on Berry Crunch Apple Clusters lists organic colors and flavors. We do not list the specific ingredients as the formula is confidential. In order to be organic colors and flavors, the ingredients have to be found in nature. Our Berry Crunch color is extracted from certified organic fruits and vegetables. Some organic sources of color are carrots, beets, purple cabbage and blueberries. Our Berry Crunch flavor is extracted from a mix of organic berries.

Q. How many fruit servings are in the Fruit Picks?

A. The Fruit Picks have one serving of fruit in each single-serving bag. We aimed to create a perfectly portioned on-the-go snack that would satisfy even the biggest hunger craving, without weighing you down. Our fiber-filled single-serving Picks do just that!

Q. How does Peeled Snacks choose the fruit and name its snacks?

A. We ask you! Banan-a-peel, much-ado-about-Mango, pine-4-Pineapple, Apricot-a-lot, and Apple-2-the-core were voted the most satisfying and tastiest of the many dried fruits we tested through our research.
